Shipping Policy — Unanimous Golf

At Unanimous Golf we aim to get your order to you quickly and efficiently, wherever you are.
Processing time
Polos and t-shirts are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Hats and caps are processed within 2–5 business days. Processing may take longer during peak shopping periods, holidays, and product launches.
Orders containing both apparel and headwear may arrive in separate parcels, as they’re made at different production facilities. You won’t be charged extra for this.

In rare cases delivery may extend a further 2–6 days due to customs delays, weather events, or local carrier disruptions.
Delivery restrictions on apparel
Our polos and t-shirts can’t currently be delivered to: Afghanistan, Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Bahamas, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Barbados, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Djibouti, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Fiji, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Honduras, Ivory Coast, Jamaica, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Mauritius, Mozambique, Nepal, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Zambia.
Hats and caps ship more widely. If you’re in one of the countries above, you can still order headwear — available shipping options will show at checkout.
Order tracking
Every order includes tracking. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Customs, duties and taxes
Most orders ship duty-free. Some countries may apply customs fees or import taxes on delivery. Where these apply, they’re the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your shipping details carefully before ordering. Unanimous Golf isn’t liable for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
